I would be grateful if you could offer your initial advice on the treatments that I need and the 1st treatment that I should receive when I come to Taiwan in July. To recap, I am planning to switch from Sculptra to fat transfer for volume increase. Of course, I would take your advice on that.

Either Sculptra or fat transfer could be helpful for your scar and refill the volume loss due to acne inflammation. But Sculptra would be more technique sensitive and need better understanding and correct placement of PLLA solution. After either procedure, you still have others to do for the superficial uneven problems.

如果体质比较会有色素沉淀，比如说痘痘消了后通常会留些色素的。穿刺后的磨皮，色素问题会比较严重吗？如果防晒做好，依足医生的照顾方式是不是就不用担心这问题？ 不好意思，从未接触过这类型的治疗比较多疑问。谢谢赵医生。

會比較嚴重，但防曬做好加上傷口顧好，就能減少很多的色素沉澱。

To correct acne scar, I have injected 2 bottles of sculptra and is going to have the 3rd one in July. However, so far the effect is not so apparent. I would like to have fat transfer in your clinic in Sep, is that ok?? Would the sculptra that was injected prevent the fat transfer treatment? Or should I continue to have the 3rd injection? What is your suggestion?

I have no information how long have you got the sculptra on your face. The effect of sculptra takes time to onset. If you like sculptra, you can accomplish what you want solely by sculptra alone. So you might decide to have better sculptra treatment or shift to fat if you like.
